| To protect the individual and collective rights of motorcyclists through public education, political change, and charitable works. |
| This group is Maryland's grassroots motorcycle lobbying organization. Members receive a newsletter, information on upcoming motorcycle events and pending legislation, discounts at some events and from some businesses. Actively participates as a group in state and regional activities such as swap meets, toy runs, poker runs, and numerous charitable activities. Meetings are 7:30 pm on the first Wednesday of each month at the VFW, Poole Road, Westminster. |
| Membership is open to all interested in furthering the aims and purposes of ABATE of Maryland. There are no restrictions regarding brands of motorcycles owned, nor is motorcycle ownership required. |
| Annual membership fee is $25 per person or $45 per couple. |
| Members must be 16 years or older. |
| Serves Carroll and western Baltimore counties. |
